Natalie Kirmayr is a Registered Physiotherapist and Certified Functional Breathing Therapist with nearly 20 years of clinical experience.
Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil — now proudly based in Port Moody, BC.
After nearly 20 years of clinical practice, Natalie founded Inspirit Breath and Physio — a practice built entirely around the work she believes changes lives.
She brings a clinical lens to breathwork that most facilitators simply don't have. Every session starts with a proper assessment — because understanding what's actually happening in your body changes everything.
