My Story
When choosing a career a few decades ago I knew I belonged in health care - more specifically I wanted to be an alternative therapist. I am so grateful that now I am able to integrate to my physiotherapy experience something so profound and important as teaching others how to consciously breathe and most important how to use your breath as a tool to regulate how you feel physically and emotionally.
